Kim Dunn is the Director of Marketing & Special Events for the Alexander City Chamber of Commerce. She is responsible the marketing of the chamber and its activities through print and radio advertising, newsletters, social media and the mobile app. Kim also coordinates many special events throughout the year including quarterly lunches, the annual meeting, Lead Forward, Sun Festival, Holiday Open House and the Christmas Parade. She is also currently serving as secretary for the Leadership Lake Martin Board of Directors.
Prior to joining the Chamber of Commerce in 2008, Kim spent seven years in the Marketing Department at Wellborn Cabinet in Ashland, AL, assisting with marketing, advertising and public relations. A native of Alexander City, Kim graduated from Benjamin Russell High School in 1996 and Auburn University Montgomery in 2000. She has one daughter, Blair.
